Sulezi Mbangi is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management Specialist at Learnlight since August 2022. In this role, Sulezi supports the Head of Talent in areas such as performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational development, focusing on enhancing company culture and employee experience. Prior to Learnlight, Sulezi held multiple roles at Belgotex Floors, including Learning and Development Officer and Talent Officer, where key responsibilities included recruitment, candidate management, employer branding, and workshop facilitation. Earlier experience includes positions at Unilever and Preformed Line Products SA, emphasizing recruitment and HR administration, as well as a psychology tutoring role at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Sulezi holds an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and Law from Rhodes University.
