Daniela Draugelis is an experienced intercultural trainer and consultant, currently serving as the Founder of Cultural Pathways since January 2020, where the focus is on educating leaders to navigate cultural differences and enhance brand experiences. Simultaneously, Daniela holds a position as an Intercultural Trainer at Learnlight, emphasizing the importance of cohesive global collaboration within multicultural teams. Daniela has extensive volunteer involvement, including serving as Nominations Director and Chair of the FIGT-DC Affiliate for Families in Global Transition, and has previously worked with organizations such as Dwellworks Intercultural and Cultural Awareness International, providing support to families in multinational corporations. Daniela's background also includes roles in student exchange programs, educational communications, and community outreach in both Beijing and Jakarta. Educationally, Daniela holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, showcasing a solid foundation in business administration.
