Paul Fleming serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Learning Forward since November 2019, following a tenure as Senior Vice President, Standards, States & Equity. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Assistant Commissioner for the Teachers and Leaders Division at the Tennessee Department of Education from May 2015 to November 2019. Paul earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Vanderbilt University, completing the degree between 2007 and 2010.
