Forest Richter is the current advisor at STRUT Learning. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at StartupFuel.com from October 2021 to July 2022. Forest was also the founder of Uncrowd from July 2019 to September 2021, which was acquired in 2021. Forest's mission with Uncrowd is to improve diversity in the Venture Capital ecosystem by connecting investors with underrepresented founders. Prior to Uncrowd, they were with Fresh Coast Labs.

From March 2019 to February 2020, they were the co-founder of Milwaukee Boot Company. From October 2018 to February 2020, they were the VP of Operations at Moral Code Footwear and Accessories. From January 2018 to November 2018, they were the Director of Operations at Bright Cellars. From October 2016 to December 2017, they were the Business Development Manager also at Bright Cellars. Forest's previous role was as an Operations Manager at Weather Tight Corporation from August 2009 to October 2016.

Forest Richter has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
