Sara Anderson has extensive experience in coaching, human resources, and education within various industries. Since April 2022, Sara has worked as an Omställningscoach/Jobbcoach at ABF Jobb, focusing on job transition guidance and job coaching for unemployment initiatives in the Fyrbodal and northern Gothenburg areas. Prior to this, roles included HR-ansvarig at BLS Rail AB, where Sara managed personnel matters in a small company specializing in train rentals and goods transportation, and Rekryteringsansvarig at ABC Doctor AB, establishing a recruitment service for medical staff. Earlier positions included educational leadership at Hermods AB and coaching at Samhall AB, emphasizing individual development and job placement. Sara's career began in administration at CGC Arkitektkontor AB, leading to extensive HR responsibilities over the decades. Education was pursued at the University of Gothenburg from 1999 to 2001.
