Om Kare has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global DFMEA Coordinator and Technical Manager at Lear Corporation since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Global DFMEA Process and supporting Engineering Quality Assurance for Lear E-System. Prior experience includes roles at Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd. as Assistant Manager and Lead Engineer, overseeing product launches and developing various sensors for diverse vehicle applications. Om Kare's earlier positions included Product Development Engineer at Ganage Group of Industries and Design Engineer at Steel Fab Engineering Pvt. Ltd., focusing on fixture design and process improvement. Om Kare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
