Guido Rota is an experienced program management professional currently serving as the Head of Program Management and Platform Manager at Lear Corporation since September 2017, focusing on the efficient introduction of new program launches and the flawless delivery of complex programs. Prior to this role, Guido held the position of Global Customer Quality Manager at Eldor Corporation and transitioned from multiple roles at Lear Corporation, including Program Manager for luxury leather seats and Quality Manager for leather seats. Earlier experience includes a Plant Quality Manager position at Brembo S.p.A. in the Czech Republic and various quality roles within the same company. Guido began their career with an internship in industrial logistics at Italcementi Group. Holding a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Guido also has academic experience from Universidade de Aveiro.
