- Senior Human Resources Generalist at Gear Inc. from October 2015 to July 2017.

- Assistant to the Director at Gear Inc. from December 2014 to October 2015.

- HR Manager at Artstuff (Dwarf Factory and Artkey Studio) from June 2021 to December 2021. Artstuff is a computer accessories production company specializing in mechanical keycaps and artistic mechanical keyboards.

Linh Chu obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Labor and Social Affairs from 2011 to 2015.
