Daniel Naylor has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Daniel worked as a Strategic Analyst at Leap from December 2019 onwards, where they provided guidance to customers on optimizing their setups of SalesPro Software. Daniel also assessed and transformed outdated accounts to improve the customer experience. Additionally, they developed manufacturer templated data to streamline the onboarding process for customers.
Before their role at Leap, Naylor was a Product Support Specialist at OMNI Solutions Group from September 2010 to March 2019. In this role, they conducted personalized sessions to demonstrate the capabilities of their SaaS to prospects. Daniel also played a key role in determining requirements and drafting contract proposals based on feedback.
Daniel Naylor attended Middletown High School from 2001 to 2005. After completing high school, they attended Frederick Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. Daniel then went on to Towson University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in EMF (Electronic Media and Film).
