Nolan Cleveland is an experienced project manager currently with Leapley Construction Group since July 2022, overseeing projects from pre-construction to closeout and facilitating initial meetings to align estimates with owner expectations. Previously, Nolan served as an assistant project manager at Mathias Corporation from May 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing project components and contributing to pre-construction meetings. Nolan's background includes a role as a project engineer, ensuring project oversight, and as a project engineering intern, focusing on site supervision and safety. Additionally, Nolan gained experience as an engineering student intern with the University of Georgia Housing Department, handling energy usage data and collaborating on design models. Nolan holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Georgia College of Engineering, completed in 2018.
