Leanne's career began in beauty management, holding positions such as Deputy Manager at Nails Inc and Manager at Designer Nails & Beauty @ h2o, where skills were honed in administration and team motivation. Leanne holds a Foundation Degree in Management from The University of Bolton/Skills Solutions and a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences from Tameside College.
