Mark Robson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory and client management across various industries. Currently, Mark serves as Co-Founder and Partner at LEAP Strategy Partners, a CEO advisory firm established in March 2023. Prior to this, Mark held positions at WTW as Senior Director of Client Management, focusing on business development for Canadian multinational companies, and at Marsh & McLennan Companies as Director of the Global Advantage Leadership Team, where Mark worked to foster collaboration within the organization. Mark also served as Managing Director of Global Risk Management at Marsh Canada Limited, educating financial executives on modern risk transfer approaches, and was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, specializing in insurance and corporate risk practices. Mark began their career at Mercer as a Principal, where Mark developed actuarial modeling tools for life insurance companies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
