Juan Ayuso Buenaposada is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development, supply chain management, and design engineering across various sectors, including automotive and aerospace. Currently, Juan serves as a supply chain and changes contributor at SGS PRODUCTIVITY by Leansis since April 2021. Prior to this role, Juan held several influential positions at Faurecia, including product development lead and centre console design leader, and gained extensive experience as a resident engineer at Ford Motor Company. Juan's earlier work includes design engineering roles at Boeing and Airbus Military, along with mechanical design projects at IBO engineering and a quality leadership position at Acatec SL. Juan holds an aeronautical engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
