Carmen Necula's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions.

In 2007, they started as a Sales Representative at Germanos Telecom Romania SA and worked there until December 2008.

From January 2009 to June 2014, they were a Channel Partner Manager at OTE Group of Companies (HTO).

Carmen then joined Telekom Romania in July 2014 and worked as an Indirect Sales Manager until August 2018.

In September 2018, Carmen became a Business Manager at Toonlog Digital, where they focused on developing goals and objectives for growth, implementing business plans, and ensuring adequate resources for company activities.

In September 2021, they joined VIVA Telecom as a Business Development Manager.

Currently, Carmen is a Senior Business Development Manager at Leanpay, starting from May 2023.

Carmen Necula earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2002 to 2007. Carmen also obtained a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Carmen Necula obtained a certification in Fundamentals of digital marketing from Google Digital Garage in February 2022.
