Derek Pawlush is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Leanpath since July 2019, Derek has progressed through various roles including Senior Software Engineer and Backend Software Engineer. Prior experience includes an Application Developer position at HM Health Solutions from June 2015 to June 2019, and roles at Franklin & Marshall College, including a Computer Science Lab Assistant and Mathematics and Computer Science Department Office Assistant. Derek's early career included an internship as a Web Developer at Highmark, Inc. Derek holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in December 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
