Reza Shahrestani is a Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master at LeanLinking since March 2021, leading a team in the development of a key negotiation product in collaboration with a Swiss pharmaceutical company and driving Agile adoption to enhance team productivity. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Full-stack Developer at Moj Afarinan Andishmand, where focus was on creating a comprehensive patrol system for utility agencies with emphasis on GIS features, and a Web and Software Developer at Tavanmand, where responsibilities involved project database analysis and development. Additionally, Reza has experience as a self-employed Software Developer, creating a desktop application for class planning at the Islamic Azad University. Reza holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Najafabad Branch, obtained in June 2017.
