Greg Trudell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Greg started their career at Northeastern University, where they held positions such as Program Assistant, Associate Director of Student Alumni Connections, and Associate Director of Alumni Outreach. In these roles, they were responsible for alumni outreach, volunteer management, event planning, and alumni engagement strategies.
Greg then transitioned to CustomerGauge, a SaaS company focused on measuring and monetizing the Net Promoter Score for enterprise organizations. Here, they worked in customer success, helping clients gather and utilize customer feedback to improve their products and services.
Greg later joined Datadog, a leading cloud-scale monitoring service provider. As a Customer Success Manager, they supported IT, operations, and development teams in monitoring their entire technology stack.
Currently, Greg is working at LeanIX, a cloud-based solution for Enterprise Architectural Management. Greg has held roles such as Customer Success Manager, Sr. Customer Success Manager, and Head of Customer Success Management, East. In these positions, they have been responsible for driving digital transformation and reducing complexity in IT landscapes for clients.

Greg Trudell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University. Greg also holds certifications as a LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1) obtained in June 2023, and as a LeanIX Certified EA Practitioner obtained in July 2020.
