Dr. Anna Maria Gajda is an experienced leader in organizational development and intercultural management, currently serving as Chief People Officer at LeanIX since January 2022, alongside roles as VP People & Enablement and VP Revenue Enablement & Academy. Dr. Gajda co-founded sdWomen in July 2018, focusing on women's empowerment in technology. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Boston Consulting Group, where contributions spanned digital acceleration, innovation, and strategic projects from 2012 to 2021. Dr. Gajda has also lectured at Fachhochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Verwaltung and Universität Passau, and has worked as a freelance intercultural trainer and coach. Dr. Gajda holds a PhD in Intercultural Management and a Diplom from Universität Passau.
