Shelley Debnam is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in educational institutions. Currently serving as the Finance Systems Manager at Leander ISD since February 2021, Shelley has previously held positions including Staff Accountant at Coppell ISD from May 2018 to January 2020, and Business Operations Manager for the 2008 & 2015 Bond Programs at Dallas ISD from October 2012 to May 2018. Additionally, Shelley worked as the Business Systems Analyst Coordinator at Grapevine-Colleyville ISD from April 1990 to October 2012. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Wesleyan University.
