Marcin Chudy is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in mobile application development, particularly using Flutter and React Native. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Leancode since April 2020, Marcin is responsible for developing mobile Flutter applications for diverse clients, leading internal tool development, and mentoring junior developers. Previously, as a Flutter Tech Lead at Bank Millennium from October 2021 to September 2023, Marcin managed a team of eight developers across multiple Scrum teams, designed project architecture, collaborated with designers on design system implementation, and oversaw recruitment processes.
