Wojciech Fiszer has worked in the software engineering field since 2016. Wojciech began their career at StepStone as a Software Engineer Intern, then progressed to Junior Java Developer, Java Developer, and Big Data Developer. In 2019, they moved to Bosch as a Software Developer. In 2020, Fiszer joined Danske Bank as a Senior Java Backend Developer. In 2021, they began working at Tink as a Software Engineer, then advanced to Senior Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2023, Fiszer joined Lean Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer (Backend).

Wojciech Fiszer completed their education history with a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatyka from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a magister degree in Budownictwo/technik from Warsaw University of Technology between 2014 and 2016, and an inżynier degree in Budownictwo/technik from the same institution between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they hold certifications from HackerRank (Python Basic Certificate, obtained in March 2022), Oracle (Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer, obtained in January 2018 and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer, obtained in October 2016), and Amazon Web Services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, obtained in January 2019).
