Ibukun Ahove is an experienced development chef with a strong culinary background, currently employed at Lean Kitchen Network since May 2019. Previous roles include Junior Sous Chef at The Social Company (April 2018 - August 2019), Senior Chef de Partie at The Don Restaurant & Bistro (October 2017 - April 2018), and Sous Chef at Galvin Restaurants (April 2016 - October 2017). Earlier positions involved Senior Chef de Partie at D and D Restaurant and Senior Sous Chef at Youngs, where responsibilities included stock control, menu management, health and safety, and staff training. Ibukun also served as Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef at Cutty Sark and worked in various capacities as Chef de Partie at Youngs from July 2010 to August 2013.
