Julie A. Dolan is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as a core team member at the Lean Construction Institute since February 2019, where efforts are focused on fostering corporate lean cultures. Julie holds the position of Principal Account Executive and Lean Practice Leader at SSOE Group, overseeing operations and client relations while advocating lean methodologies in the built environment. In addition to these roles, Julie has been actively involved with several non-profit organizations, including serving as President of the Board of Directors at Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and as a member of the Board of Directors for Children's Hunger Alliance, focusing on nutrition access for children. Julie’s earlier roles included national account management and business development in both engineering and utilities sectors. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
