Heather Searock has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as a Founding Team Member in the finance department at League One Volleyball since November 2020. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Vice President of Finance at Sugarfina, Inc., where responsibilities included leading Series C and Chapter 11 due diligence, implementing financial reporting systems, and creating cross-functional budget processes. Heather also served as Senior Director of Finance at Lucky Brand, overseeing the P&L for wholesale operations and collaborating with teams on inventory forecasts. Earlier in the career, Heather was a Senior Manager of Finance at Juicy Couture and a Manager of Finance at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, where significant budget management and payroll allocation projects were led. Heather holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis.
