Sue Theden is a retired aerospace executive with extensive experience in quality engineering and management across multiple leading aerospace companies, including Raytheon Technologies and Collins Aerospace. As a member of the Board of Directors for Girls For Technology, Inc. and Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling Inc., Sue contributes to initiatives aimed at closing the gender gap in technology and supporting survivors of sexual assault. Currently serving as President of the League of Women Voters of Greater Rockford, Sue facilitates voter education and engagement in the local community. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Certificate in Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and an Associate of Science from Rock Valley College.
