Jessica Jones Capparell is an experienced advocate in the field of voting rights and government affairs, currently serving as the Interim Senior Director of Advocacy and Litigation at the League of Women Voters since 2011. With a robust background as a chief lobbyist and federal policy strategist, Jessica has developed and implemented legislative strategies on critical issues such as voting rights, redistricting, and campaign finance reform. Prior roles include Arizona State Director at Organizing for America and various leadership positions in political campaigns and state legislatures. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Culver-Stockton College and an Associate of Arts in General Transfer Studies from St. Louis Community College.
