Rainer Veith possesses extensive experience in financial leadership and project management within the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Kfm. Projektleiter Erneuerbare Energien und Moderne Kraftwerke at LEAG since November 2023, Rainer previously held the position of CFO and Member of the Executive Board at SALZGITTER MASCHINENBAU AG, overseeing multiple business functions and focusing on restructuring and liquidity management. Rainer's career includes significant roles at Bilfinger LTM Industrie SAS as Directeur Général/CFO, where the emphasis was on compliance and procurement, and at Uniper and E.ON in corporate procurement, handling substantial spending and leading international teams. Rainer is also an author of the book "Demystifying the art of negotiating and deal-making."
