Thomas Hain is a highly experienced Network Design Engineer at o2 Germany since July 1998, specializing in core network and voice services design, with a focus on VoLTE as both a technical lead and during its introduction at o2 Germany. Responsibilities include the design of mobile voice services, mobile core network planning, vendor relations, technical contract negotiations, and budget planning. Prior to o2 Germany, Thomas worked at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included creating specifications for IN services and implementing IN services using Siemens technology. Thomas holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich.
