Nishchay Nath has a strong background in entrepreneurship and management. Nishchay is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Leaf Round, where they are focused on innovating India's most recognizable wealth product. Prior to this, Nishchay worked as a Curator at Project 2.2 in 2019. In 2020, they held the position of Manager at True North Co and also served as a Fellow at CIIE. CO. Nishchay has previous experience as the Founder & CEO of Menticlub from 2016-2018. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst at Altisource from 2015-2016. Overall, Nishchay has a diverse range of experiences in leadership, entrepreneurship, and management roles.

Nishchay Nath completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Manufacturing Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2011 to 2015. Nishchay later pursued a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2018 to 2020.
