Sharon Arnold currently serves as the Call Center Manager at Leaf Home Safety Solutions since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Corporate Trainer at LeafFilter North, Inc. from November 2014 to February 2022. Sharon began their career at Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations as the Call Center Evening Shift Supervisor from July 1985 to November 1999, focusing on sales, marketing, retention, and scheduling. Sharon completed studies at Hammel College from 1985 to 1987.
