Heather Montgomery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Data Program Manager at ³¢±ð²¹»å³Õ±ð²Ô³Ù³Ü°ù±ðâ„¢ since April 2021, Heather has previously held roles such as Compensation Analyst and Benefits Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to ³¢±ð²¹»å³Õ±ð²Ô³Ù³Ü°ù±ðâ„¢, Heather worked at Frazer Computing from September 2014 to April 2021 in various capacities, including Benefits Coordinator and Assistant Sales Manager, and also gained experience as an Executive Assistant. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Teller Supervisor at North Country Savings Bank from October 2011 to September 2014. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology and General Chemistry from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, obtained in 2010.
