Neha's experience spans several focused areas, including HR strategy, employee engagement, and recruitment, with significant roles as an HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim and Manager of HR at Arshiya International. Neha's educational background includes a PG Diploma in Comparative Mythology from the University of Mumbai, a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Allahabad, and an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Business School.
