Md. Akteruzzaman has over two decades of experience in financial management and corporate governance, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Finance and Company Secretary at LEADS Corporation Limited since May 2010. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial reporting and managing day-to-day financial operations. Previously, Akteruzzaman held various positions within LEADS Corporation, including AGM of Finance and Company Secretary and Manager of Finance and Admin. Prior to this, experience was gained at Southtech Group and Altex Group, where roles included Manager of Finance and Company Affairs and Senior Officer of Taxation, respectively. Expertise encompasses tax management, financial statement preparation, and stakeholder communication.
