Felix Kollin began their work experience in 2013 as the Founder of Daedwin HB until 2014. Felix then worked at Synsam Sverige from 2015 to 2018 as a Sales and Customer Advisor. In 2018, they joined Provement as a Fullstack Developer until 2019. Currently, Felix is the CEO of LeadPilot, a position they have held since May 2019.

Felix Kollin completed their secondary education from Marina Läroverket during the years 2011 to 2014. Felix pursued a Gymnasial degree with a focus on Naturvetenskap (Natural Sciences) and Marinbiologi (Marine Biology). Following this, Felix went on to join KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2014 and completed their studies in Computer Science in the year 2020.
