Dan Churchill, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Finance and Administration at LeadingAge Illinois since March 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Finance at Services & Advocacy for Gay Lesbian Bisexual & Transgender Elders Inc. from October 2021 to October 2022 and Chief Financial Officer at The Admiral at the Lake from June 2012 to October 2021, where Dan managed a $30 million budget and contributed to leadership development initiatives within the Kendal system of communities. Earlier career roles include Senior Manager at FR&R, specializing in non-profit audits, and managerial positions at Carpentier, Mitchell & Goddard and Virchow Krause. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bradley University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
