Jealisa Johnson, M.A.-HRMG, currently serves as a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist at LeaderStat since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jealisa worked as a Payroll Helpdesk Analyst at SOS International LLC from January 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included advising employees on payroll issues and conducting analysis and training related to the Department of State Federal Payroll System. Jealisa also held the position of Office Manager at Palmetto Air & Water Balance from September 2014 to January 2019, facilitating organizational meetings and developing relationships with Human Resource staff and employees. Earlier experience includes working as a Passport Associate at the Charleston Passport Center from August 2013 to August 2014, focusing on document processing and preparation. Jealisa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Charleston Southern University.
