Lisa Gravel MSOD has a diverse range of work experience in leadership development and organizational development. Starting in 2002, they served as the President and Leadership Development Facilitator at Custom Solutions Training, Inc. until 2006. From 2006 to 2016, they were the CEO, Organizational Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at Better World Consulting Group, Inc. During their time as the Organizational Development Director at the Boy Scouts of America from 2016 to 2018, they led the development and launch of their high potential leadership program. In 2019, they became a Leadership Development Consultant and Facilitator at Leadership Development Consultants, Inc., providing coaching and support to companies enrolled in their NAVIGATOR Program. Additionally, they became a certified Leadership Development Facilitator at the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2019, allowing their to deliver the institute's leadership and specialist development programs.

Lisa Gravel MSOD (she/her) completed their Master of Science in Organizational Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Alaska, Anchorage between 2000 and 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa has also acquired multiple certifications. These include being a Specialist Pipeline Facilitator from the Leadership Pipeline Institute (obtained year 2022), a Leading Leaders Facilitator from the same institution (obtained January 2020), and a Leading Others Facilitator (obtained year 2019). Lisa has also obtained certifications in the Birkman Method from Birkman Consulting, the Predictive Index Suite of Services from The Predictive Index, Prosci Change Management from Prosci International, Strengths Deployment Inventory from Core Strengths, and Strengths Deployment Inventory Levels I and II from SDI.
