Siddharth Sharma has been working in the professional field since 2011. SIDDHARTH began their career at Schindler Group in the Modernisation Business role, where they achieved a 120% target achievement rate each year. In 2014, they joined Leadership Management International, Inc. as a Licensee and Facilitator. SIDDHARTH also served as the Director of Sketchers Engineering and North Sales Manager Elevators and Escalators at Victora Tool Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where they built a company from scratch, defined policy framework, built functional teams, and trained and operated digital marketing and business/leads generation resulting in closures. In 2017, they became the Director of Business Development at Talent-Pedia and the Marketing Director- Digital Marketing Evangelist at Digital Pedia Live, where they designed strategic campaigns on digital marketing platforms using SEO, PPC Google Ads, and trained 550+ students in digital marketing. In 2023, they joined Liftsproplus Private Limited as the Marketing and Operations role.

Siddharth Sharma attended Gautam Buddha University from 2009 to 2011, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Rubber Technologist.
