Ravi Gupta has over 25 years of work experience. Ravi began their career in 1995 with Raymonds, 20th Century Kinetic Finance, NIMACT, and STI, where they held different designations. In 2006, they joined the International Institute of Retail Management as Director. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Director (Administration) for the Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research. Ravi then moved into the role of Executive Director for the same institute from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working as a Leadership Coach for Leadership Management International, Inc.

Ravi Gupta attended Christ Church Boys' Higher Secondary School Jabalpur before pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science. Ravi then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, DAVV, INDORE. Additionally, they hold a certification in Leadership Coaching from Leadership Management International, Inc.
