Margot Crouch currently serves as the Grassroots Deputy Director at the Leadership Institute, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Crouch was the Regional Political Director for Doctor Oz for Senate in 2022 and Deputy Finance Director for the Pennsylvania House Republican Campaign Committee from March 2020 to November 2021. A career in political finance began at the Republican Party of Pennsylvania as Finance Director from April 2018 to March 2020, following a similar tenure at the Maryland Republican Party. Crouch gained experience in campaign operations as the Victory Events Director during the Romney-Ryan 2012 campaign in Pennsylvania and has held various roles, including Administrative Assistant at The Heritage Foundation. Educational background includes a BA in International Studies and French from Michigan State University, completed in 2010.
