Aser Brandon R. Sorongon is a dedicated and multifaceted individual with a strong background in leadership and community service. Currently, Aser serves as an intern at Lockton and a counselor at Panda Bound, while actively participating as a Scholar with the Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America and as a Class of 2023 Scholar & Scholar Ambassador with SEO. Aser's experience includes founding and presiding over the Asian-Pacific Islander Club at Mission High School, where significant efforts were made to promote API diversity, and holding leadership roles in Mission Leadership, overseeing communication and organizational initiatives. Aser's earlier roles included impactful internships with the San Francisco Unified School District, where facilitation of mental health workshops and student mentorship took place. Aser's diverse skill set is further evidenced by a strong presence on social media as a former content creator on TikTok. Currently enrolled at Swarthmore College pursuing a Bachelor of Political Sociology, Aser's educational foundation also includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Chabot College and a high school diploma from Mission High School.
