Deborah Benjamin is an emerging leader actively engaged in multiple roles across various organizations. Currently involved with LEAP Africa in the Young Women Leaders Programme since August 2023, Deborah is among a select group of young women leaders from Africa being trained in leadership skills and career development. Simultaneously, as a Creative Intern at Eden Venture Group and a Marketing & Communications Associate with The Bridge Program, Deborah contributes to content creation and operational functions within the creative and education sectors. Deborah has also been a member of Volunteers Hub Africa since November 2021, and the Founder and Executive Director of Save A Girl Africa since June 2018. In recognition of impactful initiatives, Deborah was designated an Ashoka Young Changemaker in November 2020. Additionally, as Editor In Chief at ÃŒMÃ’YE, Deborah leads content on personal development, while serving as a Content Strategist at DesignIT Africa. Academically, Deborah is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and African Languages at the University of Ibadan, with prior fellowship training in Entrepreneurial Leadership from The Bridge Program.
