Miranda Donald, a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), has built a robust career in personal and leadership coaching since May 2018, currently serving as a Personal Development Coach at Miranda Donald Coaching and as a Leadership Coach & Facilitator at Leaders @ Scale. Miranda's previous roles include leadership coaching at gdR Talent, contributing to the development of the Canadian tech ecosystem, and serving as Culture Officer at Demac Media, where support for company values was prioritized. Additional experience encompasses alumni relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, admissions facilitation at the University of Notre Dame, ownership of Canadian Bacon B&B, and event coordination at Toronto Artscape Inc. Miranda holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College and a Diploma in Music: Jazz Performance from Humber College.
