Delaney Doersch is an experienced operations coordinator currently at Leaders Igniting Transformation, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Delaney served as an office coordinator at Rishi Tea & Botanicals from December 2021 to November 2024. Delaney also gained valuable experience as a student video intern at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from August 2018 to May 2021 and as a video intern at 88Nine Radio Milwaukee during the summer of 2019. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in 2021.
