Vijay Wayal possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Leadec and previously worked as a Human Resources Executive in operations at Autoone Engineering Services Pvt Ltd and at URJA FOODS AND AGRO PRIVATE LIMITED. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Vijay also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from MIT College of Food Technology, completed in 2020.
