Lee Pagano has extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as General Manager and Complex Manager at Leadec since March 2010. Previously, Lee held the position of Engineering Project Manager at Space-Links International from 1999 to 2001 and worked as Plant/Fabrication Manager at Boardman Molded Products Inc from 1997 to 1999. Lee's career began in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division, where responsibilities included serving as an Airborne Infantry member from 1990 to 1994. Lee Pagano earned a degree from Youngstown State University between 1994 and 1999.
