Melanie Schleputz is a Senior Expertin at LEA LandesEnergieAgentur Hessen since July 2018, focusing on project development and leading the "Energieeffizienz im Gebäudesektor" team. In addition to moderating discussions, Melanie serves as an expert for radio and television. Previously, from August 2011 to August 2018, Melanie worked at Ingenieurbüro Peter Paul Thoma, providing energy consulting services for both residential and non-residential buildings, adhering to DIN 18599 standards and serving as an energy auditor according to DIN 16247. Melanie holds a degree in Project Management for Alternative and Renewable Energies from WBS Training Schulen Frankfurt and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Mechanical Engineering from Beuth Hochschule für Technik, obtained in April 1998.
