Shahe Sagharian, P.Eng. is an experienced structural engineer currently serving as Vice President at LEA Consulting Ltd. since September 2014, specializing in structural engineering services for institutional and transit-related structures. Prior to this role, Shahe took a six-month break for family time after working as a Structural Engineer independently. From January 2011 to February 2014, Shahe held the position of Executive Vice President at Halsall Associates, overseeing Toronto Structural Engineering Services, along with responsibilities in business management, development, and team building. Shahe was also a Partner at Halsall Associates from May 1989 to May 2010, contributing to engineering services across various sectors. Early career experience includes working as an EIT at Planmac. Educationally, Shahe obtained a B Tech in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University from 1984 to 1988.
