Arnaud Guittard is a seasoned professional in digital economy development, currently serving as the Responsable Economie numérique at Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg since October 2018. In this role, Arnaud leads initiatives to assist local businesses in their digital transition and fosters the growth of the digital ecosystem within the region. Notable achievements include the Beecome program, which has supported over 400 companies, and the establishment of a vibrant digital community comprising 250 structures. Previously, Arnaud held significant roles at CCI Alsace Eurométropole, including Digital Project Manager and Social Media Manager, where responsibilities involved digital consultancy, project management, and organizing events. Arnaud's professional journey also includes experience at Bizz & Buzz, CCI Sud Alsace Mulhouse, HSBC France, and BRGM, complemented by a Master's degree in business surveillance and ICT from IAE Orléans and a Bachelor's degree in economics from Université d'Orléans.
