Mariusz U. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in different companies. Mariusz started their career at Tanya Leighton Gallery in August 2013 as an Assistant. Later in December 2013, they became an Assistant Manager at Galeria Ego, and held this position until August 2015. In September 2015, Mariusz joined DUVE Berlin as an Assistant and worked there until March 2016. Mariusz then joined MONOQI as a Studio Coordinator in June 2016 and stayed until November 2017. Mariusz worked as a Web Developer at mariuszurban.com starting from November 2020. Currently, they are working as a Junior React Developer at Le Polish Bureau, starting from February 2022.

Mariusz U. has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their studies at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Resource Management and Policy Analysis in 2012. Mariusz went on to pursue further studies at the same university and obtained two Master's degrees - one in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis, which they completed in 2015, and another in Philosophy, which they completed in 2014. In 2018 and 2019, Mariusz attended Volkshochschule Esslingen, where they participated in a German Language Course. Lastly, in 2020, they attended Coders Lab and received a Front-End Developer certification, focusing on web page design and digital/multimedia information resources design.
